1. Purpose and Scope
1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern purchases of digital products made on https://ittaskra.com/ (the “Site”).
1.2 We sell digital products only. We do not operate user accounts or subscriptions; products are delivered via download/access links sent to your email after a successful charge.
1.3 These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Customer Conduct Terms, Payment Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Security & Dispute Resolution Policy (together, the “Policies”). If there is any inconsistency, these Terms take precedence for contractual matters related to digital products.
2. Acceptance of Terms
2.1 By clicking Pay or otherwise completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and the Policies.
2.2 If you do not agree, please do not complete the purchase.
3. Who Can Purchase
3.1 The Site and digital products are not directed to children under 13. Do not purchase if you are under 13 or acting for someone under 13.
3.2 You must have authority to place the order and to use the selected payment method.
4. Product Information
4.1 Product descriptions on the Site explain key features, formats, and any important usage notes or system requirements.
4.2 We may update descriptions, files, or packaging text from time to time to improve clarity or quality.
5. Ordering and Pricing
5.1 Prices are shown on the product page and at checkout. If a promotion/discount applies, it will be shown at checkout.
5.2 We may correct obvious pricing errors by cancelling the order and promptly voiding/reversing any charge, with notice to you.
5.3 Currency and any issuer conversion/fees are handled as per our Payment Policy.
6. Payment and Delivery (Digital Only)
6.1 When you press Pay, we charge immediately via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
6.2 After a successful charge, we send download/access links to your purchase email, typically immediately. Check spam/junk if you cannot find the email.
6.3 Non-delivery, technical defects, or incorrect files are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Licence Grant (What You Can Do)
7.1 Upon purchase, TASKRA LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the purchased digital product for your personal use or internal business use as described on the product page or in an accompanying licence/readme.
7.2 Unless we expressly say otherwise in the product page/licence, the licence is single-purchaser (one individual or one legal entity) and may not be shared outside your organisation or resold.
8. Licence Restrictions (What You Cannot Do)
Unless expressly permitted in writing or by the product licence, you must not:
8.1 Share, post, publish, distribute, re-sell, re-package, or sublicense the product, the download link, or access tokens to any third party.
8.2 Remove or alter notices of copyright, trademark, or attribution.
8.3 Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source assets where prohibited by law or the product licence.
8.4 Use the product contrary to our Customer Conduct Terms (e.g., scraping, abuse, attempts to bypass access controls).
9. Updates, Fixes and Availability
9.1 We may provide updates or fixes at our discretion. Availability or frequency is not guaranteed unless expressly stated on the product page.
9.2 If an update replaces a defective file that you purchased, we will provide a working copy or a reasonable equivalent according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All rights, title and interest in the digital products, the Site, and related materials remain with TASKRA LTD or our licensors.
10.2 No rights are granted other than the limited licence in Section 7. Trademarks and brand features remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Support
11.1 Basic order support is provided via support@ittaskra.com. Include your order ID, purchase email, and product name.
11.2 We aim to respond within 3–5 business days; complex cases may take longer as set out in our Security & Dispute Resolution Policy.
12. Customer Responsibilities
12.1 Provide an accurate email and keep it secure (for receiving links and communications).
12.2 Use up-to-date, standard software to open files; review product notes/requirements.
12.3 Do not share download links or tokens publicly or with unauthorised persons.
12.4 Follow our Customer Conduct Terms at all times.
13. Refunds and Cancellations
13.1 Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are limited to specific cases (e.g., non-delivery, technical defect, duplicate charge, incorrect product) and processes defined in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
13.2 Change of mind after successful download/access is not refundable.
14. Warranties (Digital Content)
14.1 We provide digital products “as is” and as described on the product page.
14.2 To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that products will meet every particular purpose, or be error-free on every system, but we will repair/replace defective files or refund according to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.
15. Liability
15.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15.2 Subject to 15.1, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity arising from use of digital products or the Site.
15.3 Subject to 15.1, our aggregate liability for claims relating to a paid digital product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
16. Suspension and Termination
16.1 We may suspend or revoke access to downloads where we reasonably believe there is breach, fraud, or abuse (see Customer Conduct Terms).
16.2 On refunds, licences are revoked and links disabled (see Refund & Cancellation Policy).
17. Force Majeure
17.1 We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., outages of hosting/CDN/payment providers, network failures, natural events), but we will take reasonable steps to minimise impact and restore service.
18. Changes to These Terms
18.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above shows the current version. Where appropriate, we will highlight material changes on the Site.
18.2 Your continued purchasing after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
19.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes) arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
19.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence where applicable.
19.3 Either party may propose a UK-approved ADR provider if both sides agree (see Security & Dispute Resolution Policy).
