1. Purpose and Scope
1.1 This Policy explains when and how you can request a refund or cancel a purchase made on https://ittaskra.com/ (the “Site”).
1.2 We sell digital products only. Delivery is by email with download/access links sent after a successful charge.
1.3 This Policy works alongside our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Policy, Customer Conduct Terms, and Security & Dispute Resolution Policy.
2. Nature of Digital Products
2.1 Digital products are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.
2.2 By pressing Pay and receiving download/access links, you agree that immediate delivery begins and that your right to cancel is lost once the download/access starts (as permitted under UK consumer rules for digital content).
3. When Refunds May Be Approved
Subject to verification, we may approve a refund in the following cases:
3.1 Non-delivery: you did not receive the email with links within a reasonable time after payment and, after you contact us at support@ittaskra.com with your order ID and purchase email, we cannot deliver the links within a further reasonable period.
3.2 Technical defect: the file or access we provided is corrupted, incomplete, or repeatedly fails to open with standard, up-to-date software; and our support cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
3.3 Duplicate purchase/charge: you accidentally bought the same item more than once or were charged twice for the same order.
3.4 Incorrect product delivered: you received a different product than the one listed on your order confirmation, and we cannot promptly correct the error.
Change of mind or an incorrect choice after successful download/access is not an eligible reason for a refund.
4. Time Limits for Requests
4.1 Non-delivery / incorrect product: contact us within 7 days of purchase.
4.2 Technical defect: contact us within 14 days of purchase.
4.3 Duplicate purchase/charge: contact us within 30 days of purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund
5.1 Email support@ittaskra.com from the purchase email with: order ID, product name, purchase date/time, and a brief description of the issue (screenshots or error messages help).
5.2 We may request additional information to validate the issue (e.g., proof of duplicate charge).
5.3 We aim to respond within 3–5 business days. Complex cases may take longer; we will keep you informed.
6. Our Resolution Steps
Where applicable, we will attempt in this order:
6.1 Re-delivery of links or corrected files;
6.2 Replacement with a working copy or equivalent format;
6.3 Refund to the original payment method if reasonable fixes fail or if the request qualifies under Section 3.
7. Effects of a Refund
7.1 When a refund is issued, licenses are revoked and download/access links are disabled.
7.2 You must delete any copies of the refunded digital product and must not use it further.
7.3 We may limit future purchases where repeated refunds suggest misuse.
8. Cancellations Before Delivery
8.1 Because delivery starts immediately after a successful charge, cancellation before delivery is generally not possible.
8.2 If a payment is declined, no order is created and nothing is delivered.
9. Non-Refundable Situations (examples)
9.1 You downloaded or accessed the product and later changed your mind.
9.2 Incompatibility with unsupported or outdated software/hardware where a current, widely used alternative is available.
9.3 Failure to read product descriptions, system notes, or usage instructions provided on the product page.
9.4 Abuse, fraud, or breaches of the Customer Conduct Terms.
10. Processing of Refunds
10.1 Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment processor.
10.2 The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer or wallet provider.
10.3 We cannot refund to a different card/account.
11. Chargebacks & Disputes
11.1 If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first at support@ittaskra.com with your order details.
11.2 Filing unfounded chargebacks (e.g., after successful download/use) may be treated as abuse under the Customer Conduct Terms and may result in access revocation and refusal of future sales.
